Besides Reverend Peter Peter, I was recently asked to investigate a haunted BBC 4 Strange podcast. Strange, hosted by Danny Robins and produces it BAFFLEGAB ProductsIt provides a place for people who remember their strange and frightening confrontations – from ghost scenes to strange and more bodies. Case 9 She focuses on the story of Hana, which grew up with her big family in a house that is a host of a lot of supernatural activity. It is an exciting and possibly one of the most interesting things that I was asked to search.
You can Listen to the episode here If you want to hear the story, as well as ideas for me and Peter about what was reported. One of the main themes that pass through the story is that Umm Hana’s mother seemed to have an awareness of the strange things that happen at home but protect her children from full details. This means that we only have a useful eye witness certificate to rely on what means that we cannot extract appropriate conclusions about what has been reported. However, what I found more interesting about the issue is that Hana’s mother and experiences remind me to some extent from my late mother.
I grew up in a house in the old village of Hillberton, which is located outside the city of Tropridge, Wellsheer. From a very early age, I was convinced that the house was haunted by an elderly woman about tolerance with children in the house (I have a four -year -old brother) long ago I was very afraid of adventure away from the safety of my sleeping room at night because he always seemed as if the lady was somewhere in the house.
As such, when I was very young, if you need to go to the bathroom at night, or if you want a drink, I will always awaken my poor mother to come with me. This is how we got to both in the hallway one nights, and to stand outside the kitchen door when my mother saw the ghost for the first time.
I was seven years old at this stage and I was thirsty one night, so I woke up from my mother and asked for a drink. I completely remember how she followed her below the stairs in the darkness of the main entrance to the house. After that, we entered ourselves and walked next to the stairs and along the hallway until we reached the closed kitchen door. My mother was in front of me and opened the door so that we could enter the kitchen, but then she suddenly stopped with her back on the wall of the hallway, closed the door until the inner part of the door was against her stomach, and he on herself effectively in the gap between the door and the door circle.
At that time, I was a tired child who is not ignorant, but I remember it was strange that the mother had stopped. After a moment, we followed the kitchen and then returned to the bed. After many years, when I started showing interest in searching for ghost phenomena when she was a teenager, my mother was one night when I took to the kitchen for a drink, I opened the kitchen door and saw the character of a woman standing in the kitchen and looking through the serving opening in the wall to the dining room. When my mother opened the door, the woman appeared to turn and quietly came out of the back door (or “through it”) who sat in the wall behind and opposite the opening area of the presentation.
Now, when you think about this in the context Case 9 What we achieved for Strange podcastDoes this prove that the house in which I grew up was inhabited? Of course not. You have to rely on my novel as the story as I told me by a person who is no longer alive. It is very similar to many aspects of Hanna’s story. However, what we know with certainty is that like Hana’s mother, my mother had a deep and frightening experience that night, which was very real for her regardless of what might happen or did not really happen. She bothered her so much that she did not share the details with her anyone I just felt safe when I showed an active interest in going out and looking for ghosts after many years.
Do I think Hana’s mother saw something in their home? I don’t know. I have no evidence or testimony directly to work with it, which makes it difficult to extract any strong conclusions in the case. All I can do is to speculate and share my thoughts in An episode of Uncanny. However, do I think Hana when she tells us that she and her family had strange experiences in their home? Certainly, I do.
I think this is the strange reason (and HauntedThat Danny hosted before) is a very important podcast. Not because they necessarily prove anything (in my opinion, sorry …) but because they provide an area that people can share in their confrontations free of judgment. I think it is really important to reduce the stain of shame that surrounds people who talk about their trials. As a researcher, the more people who want to speak frankly about the strange and strange things they face, the easier it is for me to find solutions to puzzles. For this reason, although I often don’t talk about the frightening experiences that I have gone through all my life (although I am not a believer) I felt that I had to share the ghost story in my childhood kitchen.
