At the beginning of 2019, I collected a survey of the results as I asked people about the location of their beliefs in the paranormal field. I found that this is an interesting and surprising exercise. Many of the results were not the same as I expected. I wanted to reconsider this and know if there was a noticeable shift in the answers given the time it passed. I realize that the response group is completely different, so it is not a direct comparison, but it is an exercise that you wanted to reconsider again.
Confessing defects
Now I fully realize that this survey contains many defects. There is nothing to prevent someone from completing the survey twice or even several times because it is unknown and does not follow the IP addresses. It was intentionally prepared in this way because people do not want to collect their data and can be free to answer without mocking social media. I just provided a response yes/no in an attempt to encourage an “perhaps” answer. People were forced to take a position, but I allowed their choice to overcome the question if they felt indifferent to a few people. It is clear that these deviant results. I also cannot ignore the bias I expected. Since I am a blogger that focuses on the world of the soul, my first question is:Do you believe in ghosts/souls– Well, I expected you to have a very high rate because the people who follow me, it is clear that they have an interest in this field. So not for a single minute, I deal with this like the exercises that are controlled properly and measured are ready to choose by reviewing the peers. Regardless of being a few of the fun, this is the case in 2019. 2019 against November 2024, which means that the gap is very close to 6 Years.
Comparison of the results …
The 2019 survey had a total of 80 participants. You have transferred the survey from Monkey to Google models, which is why it looks different. One thing that has not changed is our hesitation in completing investigative studies! (Thank you very much for everyone who took time to do so). In 2024, until reaching what he followed and follow -up is much greater than you had returned, there were 74 participants on November 20.
Do you believe in ghosts/souls?
In 2019, 93.75 % voted yes compared to 90.5 % in 2019. Of course, this is a difficult question to ask. Some people believe in activity, but they do not believe in the general assumption that the ghost is the spirit of the person who was living in the past. Either way, no one exceeded their answers, which means that they were completely sure of their position.
Do you believe in ghosts/souls?
In 2019, it was 78.75 % for exotic bodies and ETS while in 2024 we jumped directly to 90.4 %. In 2019, no one exceeded this question, but this year no one was able to answer it. It is understandable because this can be a dual question. UFO is an anonymous airline. If we do not know what it is, it makes it anonymous. The general assumption here is that the strange body is something that is not from this world and is associated with foreigners or outside the earth. In 2019, I was surprised that the number seemed only 78.75. For myself, I feel just a small point in the entire universe, certainly there should be more. I think that sometimes people are affected by films and televisions that depict the strange bodies that invade the earth, kidnap human beings, and destroy all humanity. The huge increase that one can argue can have to do with the broken land in the detection process.
Do you believe in decorations such as yowies, bigfoot, etc.
In 2019, only 46.25 % of people believed that there could be these types of creatures. In 2024, this increased to 68 % with 3 people who skill the question. Perhaps a higher interest in super -eyes and more of this type of phenomenon may contribute to a strong increase. There are special offers in Netflix, movies and much more than other areas of the Ghost. In my opinion, it is this exposure that increased the scale of belief.
Do you believe in the original elements and Sufi creatures?
In 2019, 58.75 % of the respondents voted that they believe in magic creatures. In 2024, it is largely comparative and although 4 people exceeded the question, 57.1 % voted yes. Why was there a very declining tendency in things like exotic bodies and Izes and not this category? Again, I think pop culture plays a role here completely.
Do you believe in demons and demonic possession?
In 2019, 65 % of the respondents believed in diabetic. In 2024, this decreased sharply to 48.6 % with 4 people overcoming the question. Although this is partly it may be part of religious beliefs, I find people less likely to see some things they see on TV. Again, I think these results are strongly affected by pop culture. Perhaps people gathered to some of the noise that was perpetuated by some famous super TV programs. Another option can also be that the paranormal is now more accessible than it was 5-6 years ago. People make investigations and realize that this is not what he sees on TV, and because they may have a bad feeling, this does not mean that there is a demon in the room. I think that with the resources available today within our reach, we have become more important and education in the paranormal areas and I feel that these results reflect this. I wonder whether this within 5 years will continue to go down or whether it will bounce again?
Do you believe in the astral projection?
In 2019, 77.5 % voted in favor of star projection compared to 74.3 % in 2024.
Do you believe in reincarnation?
In 2019, 81.25 % bowed towards yes while in 2024 it was 79.5 % with one person overcoming the question. Again greatly the same.
Do you believe in psychological phenomena such as ESP/risk
In 2019, 85 % believed in this phenomenon while 89 % was in 2024 with one person overcoming the question. Interestingly, many people believe that this is actually what causes the paranormal activity that is often interpreted as a ghost or a soul, which means that we are a ghost, so I was not surprised to find this number very high and stay there.
Like the legendary creatures section, I think these sections have not really moved for the same reasons. It is not as it is known in many prevailing foundations compared to areas such as strange bodies and dared to say demons. Since more and more people enrich their research in this field, I expect such groups to turn in the direction.
Do you believe in a resolution and perception?
In 2019, 91.25 % believe in this phenomenon by 83.8 % in voting yes in 2024. This means that the following results below surprised me a little.
Do you believe in the average?
In 2019, this number came by 85 % and 79.7 % in 2024.
The two sections have decreased a little bit, but their percentage in a different range has a puzzle as it seems that more people believe in psychological phenomena and phenomena, but not everyone is convinced of the media. Many people put them in the same incorrect basket, so it tells me that people really understand the difference.
The results in general make me wonder how effective we are on the way we are looking for and looking for a paranormal. If we do not believe in something, we follow more skeptical approach to our research. When we believe in something, we tend to misuse things to fit our own novel based on our beliefs. Sometimes I believe as investigators who often argue that people need to be more open, and that in many ways, we are closely based on what we believe in. In the same way, we may think there is a ghost or a soul, why can’t there be a large creature or a legendary creature? I do not say that there, but why are the possibilities different? Everyone will have a different and justified answer to answer this question, which explains to us again the impact of our beliefs on us.
Thank you for participating in this poll, it was interesting. What do you think of the results? Do you raided anything?
