In his life book, Dr. Layal Watson wrote about a phenomenon called “” One hundred monkey phenomenon. Although there are many criticisms regarding the originality of claims, it raises some exciting discussions when it comes to the concept of consciousness. This article is not related to whether this has happened or not, and if it is authentic, but it is more to explore the possibilities when it comes to our awareness.
In his book, Watson wrote about studies conducted in the 1960s by Japanese Malwun scholars of Japanese monkeys (a form of monkey). He claimed that the scholars themselves were reluctant to spread the results they reached because of the mockery they likely obtained. You see that the results they reached were a little strange.
In the early fifties of the twentieth century, the first scientists will provide monkeys on Kushima Island in Japan, such as sweet potatoes and wheat. Food will be excluded in the open areas to enjoy it while it can also be observed. After some time, one of the 18 -year -old topics called “IMO” discovered that the sand and gravel can be removed from the sweet potatoes by washing them in the water. Soon her family and friends learned this trick and copied this behavior. Soon after, many monkeys are observed to wash potatoes before eating them. What was interesting in this behavior was that it seemed that the younger monkeys have taught the older monkeys how to do so. Of course, old monkeys usually appear for children. This lasted for several years. Then it is claimed that a “great event” happened on the island of Koshima in the fall of 1958.
I am forced to improvise the details, but near the saying, that’s what has happened. In the fall of that year, the number of unlimited monkeys on Koshima was washing the sweet potatoes in the sea. . . . Let’s say, for the sake of the argument, that the number was ninety -nine and that at eleven in the morning on Tuesday, one of the other transfers was added to the fold in the usual way. But adding a hundred monkey apparently holds the number across a type of threshold, and pushing it through a kind of critical mass, because by that evening everyone was doing it almost so. Not only that, but it seems that this habit jumped natural barriers and appeared automatically, such as glycerine crystals in sealed laboratory jars, in colonies in other islands and in the mainland in soldiers in Takasaka.

While the monkeys on the island learned the behavior from observing each other, as soon as the hundred monkey learned this skill, the monkeys began in other islands that this skill did not witness its potatoes in the same way. That was if they knew or learned this skill suddenly on a kind of unconscious level.
Now, as mentioned above, there are many criticisms of this phenomenon and the way Watson remembers, but this is not what this article is going on. However, I encourage you to look more than that if something you find is interesting. Check booksLife for Dr. Lal Watson and The hundred monkey “by Ken Keys Junior. The question becomes, is this an example of collective awareness?
Collective awareness is defined as a set of common ethical beliefs, ideas and positions that act as a type of unified source in society. Many people tend to believe that we are connected to an external or conscious level. It is very similar to the monkeys above, it appears that knowledge is often known and not learned to note. It was Karl Young who reached the concept of “collective subconscious”. This is the belief that we are all born with knowledge and images that come from our ancestors.
The collective subconscious consists of the sum of instincts and their connection, the original models. Just as everyone has instincts, so it also has a stock of typical images.
Karl Young
This, of course, is not limited to monkeys. Awareness is something studied on a daily basis.
The global awareness project monitors this global awareness and links it to a kind of “common awareness”. Often people all over the world can “feel” that something important is about to happen. This project collects data from random numbers generators from different host sites around the world.
When human consciousness becomes firm, the behavior of random systems may change. RAM generators (RNGs) on the basis of the quantum tunnel produce completely unpredictable sequences of zeros and individuals. But when a wonderful event coincides with the feelings of millions of people, our network of RNG becomes skillfully organized. We account for one trillion possibilities that the effect is by chance. Evidence indicates the existence of an emerging or the field of unified awareness that the wise in all cultures described.
The global awareness project is a multidisciplinary international cooperation for scientists and engineers. We constantly collect data from a global network of physical random numbers generators in up to 70 sites adding all over the world at any time. Data is transferred to a central archive that now contains more than 15 years of random data in parallel sequences of 200 -bit simultaneous experiences every second.
Our goal is to study the exact connections that may reflect the existence and activity of awareness in the world. We assume that there will be a structure in what should be random data, related to the main global events that occupy our minds and hearts.
Microbial but real effects of awareness is a scientific task, but its real strength is more urgent. They encourage us to make basic and health changes in the great systems that dominate our world. The group’s widespread awareness has effects in the material world. Knowing this, we can work intentionally towards a brighter and more awareness future.
The goal is simple. They believe that there will be anomaly in the data collected before an important event indicating the existence and activity of awareness all over the world. For example, it was noted that two hours before the events of 9/11, there were fluctuations in the bell curve of numbers that indicate that “alarm bells” were ringing all over the world before they occurred.
We assume that our tool (egg network) will appear abnormal deviations related to global events when there is a large -scale participation or reaction to the event.

So what does all this mean when it comes to the paranormal? While some studies are ignored or distorted by some, you have to really wonder about the possibilities. We know that psychologists have spent a lot of time and work in studying the human mind and what it can be able to actually. In 1972, there was an experiment called “Philip experience” where a group used her group idea to see if they could evoke a ghost. Pray for success. By thinking and talking about a fictional personality, they seem to have created a ghost of delicate air. If we already inherit our knowledge of the level of collective consciousness, can we somehow realize this or benefit from this when we are looking for answers in the world of paranormal? Many people think, for example, that when they use elements like a pendulum to answer a question, while many put answers to unconscious movements in the hand, which makes them move, what if our unconscious actually moves this way for some reason? The answers may be in the depth of the subconscious waiting for our discovery.
There is a lot for digestion and thinking here, so I will leave this sitting a little with you and I want you to sit and really think about what can happen there. While the common belief is that the soul is a person who died, how can we be able to get these experiences? Is it something we already know at a level? Are we somehow aware of this in the world and the creation of our “Philips”? I would like to hear your thoughts and theories on this. There is not really a wrong answer. It is very similar to scientists above, many are afraid of sharing their ideas from ridicule, but there is nothing wrong with asking the question “What if?”
